Communities
Communities
Continuing Life currently advises some of the finest CCRCs and Health Centers in California. Not only are they beautiful and well run, but the scale of the communities provide a financial package that is incomparable. Residents often compare it to a fine resort or “a cruise ship on land.” When prospective residents find that it also includes a large repayment of the entrance fee, plus long-term care included, we often hear,” How do they do it? What’s the catch?” There’s no catch. Click on the communities below to learn more.
About Us
About Us
Our company provides business services and support for retirement communities so that residents can have a terrific lifestyle and owners can stop worrying about the day to day issues. We specialize in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) — the best, most comprehensive retirement option available to people today. Our services range from pre-marketing a start-up community to the extensive services required to manage a stabilized community — accounting, maintenance, and housekeeping. Continuing Life provides a one-stop solution that includes specialized, experienced personnel and IT systems for running and managing the community. Where appropriate, we integrate with third-party vendors like ADP, who are experts in their respective areas, to provide a total solution for operating a full-scale retirement community.
Our Philosophy
The communities we support have several common characteristics:
- They have the benefit of scale, which provides great economic value to the residents
- They have no third-party debt
- They provide access to and include long-term care as part of their program
- They have high occupancy levels
These characteristics create an unbeatable package for the residents who live in the communities. Financial security provides peace of mind for the residents and owners. And happy residents lead to improved referrals, good relationships with owners, and financial stability for all.
Our Core Values
We aim to enrich the lives of residents and our employees. Whether it’s at the community or behind the scenes, residents are the STAR of Continuing Life® retirement communities.
Service to Residents and Colleagues: We strive to delight everyone with hospitality and respect.
Team Success: We work together to develop an environment where residents and employees thrive.
Aim for Excellence: We continuously improve the community experience and take pride in our performance.
Do the Right thing: Expect integrity in all we do.
